Kenan Moran started directing comedy material while at MTV’s on-air promo department in the 1990s. Shifting to advertising in 1999, he won a Gold Clio the next year for a Companion Animal Placement PSA and began building a reel. His spots for Comedy Central were honored in two categories at the AICP Show in 2006: for humor direction and for low-budget production.

Kenan’s joining Curious Pictures has brought a live-action sensibility to the company’s roster of mixed-media specialists. For Kenan, he gets free reign to experiment with the wide palette of visual effects and animation techniques available here.
